Tomáš Petyovský
Tomáš Petyovský is a co-founding Partner of Petyovský & Partners and Attorney-at-Law, responsible for immigration and legal services in Brno and Moravia region.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. He joined Deloitte Legal (former Ambruz & Dark) in 2008 and he worked experience as Junior Laywer there. He had a brief experience at PwC Legal as well. Further, he became a manager of GES Immigration team focusing on Brno (Czech Republic) region where he was advising large multinational companies on immigration and employment related matters (arranging work permits, visas, residency permits, employee and blue cards, permanent residency permit and citizenship queries).
Tomáš also participates on policy development of the Czech immigration legislation as a member of American Chamber of Commerce, Work Group for Economic Migration at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Czech Republic and is working on policy development directly with the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. He lectures at various training and seminars for clients, students and universities.
Tomáš further specialises in real estate and companies law, including company transformations. He participated in the planning, management and realisation of several major group restructuring projects both for Czech and international companies, along with due diligence projects and corporate transformations for numerous companies.
